Minimal Synth Pop is back: After 32 years, the legendary US New Wave band Scarlet Architect from Chicago have finally released their material on the album Eternal Return. To perform live for the first time since 1983, they crossed the ocean and made their way to Europe where they played their hit Rose Grey on BalconyTV Zurich. For Radio LoRa they gave one of their rare interviews in the basement of the Dada House Cabaret Voltaire. Why they disbanded after their first success with Rose Grey, why the original studio recordings don’t exist and what it feels like to be back on stage after so many years: Doug Chamberlin, Timothey Prettyman and Ron Rutherford have the answers.
