Lura on Lora: Not only because of her name the Capeverdean singer and songwriter Lura is a must on Radio Lora. Her music – a fusion of the Portuguese sweet nostalgia and the powerful African rhythms joined with this amazing voice is a gift to the world. This session of "Die Sendung mit der Laus" plays songs of her only and presents her new album "Herança", which means "heritage". In the interview Lura explains the meaning of the Portuguese songs, talks about her time with Cesária Évora aka "The Barefoot Diva" and tells about the life on the Cape Verde Islands of today.
