Since 2006, every 3rd Monday of the month, Gimme a Beat shares the beat rich music with radio Lora listeners. Each show is based on my personal choice of the theme related to female artists and their music. I like to make my listeners familiar with interesting, sometimes even scandalous details of theirs private lives and careers.But it's the music that I like, that I enjoy and that inspires me and moves me. I play everything: from music of 70s, 80s classics to hip hop, post punk, electro, new wave, rock, grunge. Some of the songs are commercial and known, the others are more alternative or just has not been heard for a long time.

En Chile la palabra "dura" se utiliza para referirse a alguien que está constantemende haciendo actividades, sin descanso alguno. "Cola" es una palabra que se utiliza de manera peyorativa hacia personas cuya identidad y orientación sexual no encajan en estas lógicas patriarcales, heteronormativas, binarias. Por ello reapropiamos y sesignificamos la palabra "cola" y tantas otras como "fleta", "tortillera", "marica", etc...
